Check in process is fast and easy
Best LabCorp ever — it was clean, the techs were kind, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
This is the best Labcorp location in the Lansdale area in my opinion. The wait times are pretty low, the staff is polite and efficient, and the overall experience is much better than the other Labcorp on Broad St. I forgot my paperwork and they gave me the fax number to have my doctor's office send it over, and as soon as the fax came through they got everything entered in the system and got my blood samples taken quickly. Great experience so far after 3 lab tests. Easy to make appointments, and efficient service each time that took me just a few minutes.
Place seemed good, except I never received results in my portal, and results were not sent to my doctor. LabCorp couldn't find the record of my blood draw or test results of my blood draw. it took a few phone calls to get the right person to find my record and send out my results.
