Everyone there was very polite and helpful. Even though I didn't have an appointment and a full waiting room I was taken quickly. I've donated a kidney and had to get lots of blood taken regularly from Penn Medicine to see if I was compatible. The nurses there were the best and the Indian woman here was just as good at taking blood with me barely feeling it. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My husband just left there because the Indian lady was yelling at him from behind a wall. She was very unprofessional. After looking at the reviews and seeing her lack of venipuncture skills I'm glad he left before he was victim to her incompetence as well as unprofessionalism.
Wish I saw these reviews sooner. Only giving them 2 stars because they were quick to get me in and processed, but I can absolutely confirm the Indian woman who works there goes in too deep, resulting in a blown vein. Injection site still had light bleeding hours later when I got home after work to clean the area up.

The two ladies at the front was nice but the indian lady who took the samples snapped at me for asking questions. Bruised my arm even tho i specifically asked for a wrist draw (i do not have visible veins in my arms) This felt intentional as she wasn’t happy about the questions earlier
