LabCorp i sat for an hour at your Midlothian lab for employment drug screen before being told i had to go to another location. I called your customer service and you are less than helpful. If I ever have a choice for my lab work it will not be your company 😄 have a marvelous day.
Lab Corp at Plaza Drive in Tomsriver is the most awful facility. Staff is nasty and degrading to anyone that walks into the facility. Mary Francis and Nicole are so disrespectful to the elderly population; it’s sinful. While I was there as a customer I had to watch how each of the elderly people were verbally abused by the staff. I watched how when a seat came available the people outside in the 100 degree weather were not made aware and when new customers came in they just sat down . It took LabCorp 11 days to release my children’s COVID-19 results!! That is horrible! Thank God that their’s were negative!💙🙏🏽. I’m still waiting on mine!!! 🤦🏽♀️
My COVID swab was taken 10 days ago. I still have no results. I had direct exposure to positive people and I work in the Healthcare field. I have been unable to work that entire time and am losing $$ like crazy. All they keep saying when I call is that it's pending. There is no prioritization for healthcare workers with confirmed direct exposure.

They lost my husband COVID test and wasn’t gone call him. Very pissed. I had to take him to ER to find out.
I have been waiting over a week for covid results. Lots of people have been waiting a lot longer than that. There's no feedback from LabCorp to the testing sites. There is no way to contact them for status. It's a mess and they don't care
I submitted on site visit (on July 9,2020) concern online for LabCorp at 988 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ 07002 on July 10, 2020. In addition, spoke to Laurin- Ebertl@labcorp.com and sent her email upon request. It’s been few days & there is no response. Can you pl clarify. Thanks.
continues taking covid 19 specimens even though they don't have the capacity to provide test results in a timely manner
