UPDATE 9/14 - Labcorp did make it right by actually coming to my house to take my blood so I didn't have to go back through this whole torturous process. Thank you Labcorp! Went to Labcorp for a simple drug test to start my new position. To my surprise when my employees states that I have not completed my drug screen I’m looking like incorrect I have the paperwork to prove it. I would like information on how to log a formal complaint against one of your employees at location 2416 Colony Crossing Place, Midlothian, VA 23112. I went to this location today to get blood drawn for my 3yr old daughter. Out of respect I will refer to the employee as initials C.O. Upon arrival employee C.O. In Florida, they don't give you an estimate of what your costs can be and can charge you whatever amount they want to charge. They charged me, as an individual, almost double what they would have charged my doctor's office. Be cautious when using their services as you may be taken advantage of.
Although it is nice that LabCorp offers walk in services, The office on Pines Boulevard near Palm Avenue is extremely understaffed. Very long wait for service. I would strongly recommend that someone from management put an ad in the Sun Sentinel what are Miami Herald to get more technicians to work in this office.
Labcorp, your whole system is an absolute disgrace. Your only appointments available online are two weeks from now. My dad is a cancer patient who needs bloodwork regularly and I cannot seem to book anything online or through your phone booking for this week or next, which would delay his treatment. LabCorp in Hainesport was running 40 minutes behind on appointments only 45 minutes after opening this morning. The waiting room was packed. They were out of hand sanitizer in the waiting room area. People were wearing masks below their noses and no one was doing anything about it in the crowded room. It was an unsanitary and unsafe experience.
