Horrible. Over an hour wait for fasting labs. Had no consideration for the fact that people were fasting, getting nauseated, going to pass out because of the extended wait times. Rude. Zero front desk staff to assist with check ins and paperwork. Couldn’t find my order. Can’t take phone calls to see if an order was received prior to waiting an hour. Ridiculous.

what a joke. the lady was rude as hell and almost didn't take the specimen I dropped off. I hope I never have to go back.

I had a confirmed appointment today. When I arrived, the lab was closed. On the door was a one line note advising people that the location was closed today. Even though Labcorp had my contact information, no effort was made to reach me. A complete waste of my time, and very unprofessional.

I’ve been waiting for 45 mins for a simple blood draw. There is apparently only ONE woman who is checking in everyone as well as doing blood draws. She can’t even locate collections bags. Not only have I been waiting an unreasonable amount of time, the office is not set up to do social distancing. There are 10 people basically stacked in here. Not only is this unacceptable it’s unprofessional. I simply needed to do blood work for my pregnancy and if I had it my way I’d go to a different clinic. In a world where Covid is runn... read more

They don’t make it easy to find lab results I’ve tried five times I’m 67 I don’t know how to do it I asked them to mail me yet and I have not got it mailed to me
