Your upper Marlboro, Md location staff from the time you walk in is rude and lack any kind of friendliness. You are not greeted and assumed to know their protocols for checking in. The lady at the desk disappears for long periods of times. It truly a place where I will not be going back too. It’s not sanitized, hand sanitizer is empty, chairs are not sanitized. Etc... first impressions are everything. It’s define you the lack of customer service for me.

Update February 19th - After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I still have not received any confirmation or communication from labcorp regarding this. Unprofessional and unsafe is an understatement. -\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- This company is ridiculously unsafe. On Jan 12th I received notification from my doctor regarding lab results. this company is ridiculously unsafe. on Jan 12th I received notification from my doctor regarding lab results. the problem is I NEVER GOT LABS DRAWN! I contacted labcorp twice. I am absolutely horrified by the experience that I had at LabCorp's Boyette Location in Riverview, Fl.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH A DISABILITY TO GO HERE FOR LAB WORK! An employee named KATRINA @Labcorp was the rudest and inconsiderate individual I have ever encountered. She refused my AUTISTIC son service due to him whining and minimally figuring due to involuntary movements that are beyond his control.
