They are the epitome of rude and unprofessional. They would not talk to the doctor’s office; they said “YOU need to talk to them” meaning me; they were clearly NOT interested in taking care of my Mom. And we were clearly wasting their precious time because they were clearly not interested in getting the script. Labcorp Owings Mills location is terrible. Lost my sons specimen in early January. Took it again they said it was unusable because it was room temp. It wasn’t when I dropped off. Now I’m here again to drop off and the girl keeps looking at me. Hasn’t said one word. But has called everyone but me. I’m ONlY dropping off. I will never come here again. I’ll be calling the corporate office and emailing this afternoon. This is unacceptable.

Horrible experience with front desk staff today. Literally had me leave in tears and have never experienced such horrible service and lack of human empathy. In today’s world, life is stuff and they need training in how to treat people. I watched multiple people talked to extremely rude and guaranteed if you called anyone seen today 2/8/21 at the Surprise AZ location, they would concur. Extremely disappointed and will not return to any LabCorp ever again.

what a joke. the lady was rude as hell and almost didn't take the specimen I dropped off. I hope I never have to go back.
