I sat in my car for an hour and a half staring at my phone waiting for someone to call me after I had checked in. The woman running your Ivy Ridge office couldn’t have been more rude. Without even asking me my name, she told me to “get out.” I asked her when she called me, and still without knowing my name, claimed she called me 3 times. She had time to call me that much, but couldn’t leave ONE voicemail? Getting an appointment was a headache and I had to book over a week in advance, just so I could have my entire afternoon ... read more
Your mobile app and patient portal is terrible. You can’t even get an account because monkeys programmed the signup form to not accept password validations. How can you trust their test results QA when they can’t even make a basic sign-in form work... I did not have this stupidity on the MyQuest login page.
i waited for over 2 hrs for apt at 10... all I needed to do was drop off urine
I went to LabCorp for the first time yesterday. It was the Northeast Columbia, SC location. I just wanted to say I was very impressed with how nice and personable they were. I was one of the last people to get there. I hate being one of those to come at the last minute but to avoid taking off work for just a few minutes I just took a chance. I was apologetic for being later and they were so understanding and didn’t make me feel bad at all. While getting blood work done. So friendly, understanding and sympathetic towards ever... read more
I usually take my 15yo son once a month for testing during the week. I love all the woman that work there. Today I went on a Saturday and was an employee I have never seen nor met before. She told me because of Covid I was not allowed to accompany my child in the back. I have never heard of not allowing a minor to not be allowed to have his parent Mom there with him as he was nervous did not know this woman and is scared and hates getting needles. Disgrace
I am at labcorp waiting for bloodwork in Flagstaff, AZ right now. The tech called someone back 2 people out of order. The lady in front of us has waited over an hour and we have waited almost an hour and she took the lady that has waited 20 minutes, I pointed this out to her and she said oh sorry and then kept working with the person. She hadn’t started anything but refused to have us seen first. She said it was their policy to not make someone leave their chair once they were in, but they literally hadn’t started anything. ... read more
My daughter requires multiple blood draws. She panics and cries, like most children do when faced with a needle. However, Each and every time that we have gone to a LabCorp draw center, it has been actually pleasurable! Fantastic and skillful technicians who are child friendly, parent friendly (as a nurse I can be overbearing and watch a little too closely!).... and the scanning in at the easily scheduled appointment time is simple and quick. Results are always reported in a timely manner. My daughter is always successfully ... read more
