Drove over an hour for an appointment I scheduled with them and they were closed. They also wouldn’t reimburse the cost of the screening I paid for.
Went to Labcorp for a simple drug test to start my new position. To my surprise when my employees states that I have not completed my drug screen I’m looking like incorrect I have the paperwork to prove it. These employees of Labcorp have decided that the specified number provided to them by not only the company but me as well was not good enough and that hey will use whatever random information and input it that way. In Florida, they don't give you an estimate of what your costs can be and can charge you whatever amount they want to charge. They charged me, as an individual, almost double what they would have charged my doctor's office. Be cautious when using their services as you may be taken advantage of.
Although it is nice that LabCorp offers walk in services, The office on Pines Boulevard near Palm Avenue is extremely understaffed. Very long wait for service. I would strongly recommend that someone from management put an ad in the Sun Sentinel what are Miami Herald to get more technicians to work in this office.
Labcorp, your whole system is an absolute disgrace. Your only appointments available online are two weeks from now. My dad is a cancer patient who needs bloodwork regularly and I cannot seem to book anything online or through your phone booking for this week or next, which would delay his treatment. Your corporate office is useless and actually laughed and hung up- if this is your way of putting patients first, you should be embarrassed. What a shitshow of a service and disgrace to healthcare. LabCorp in Hainesport was running 40 minutes behind on appointments only 45 minutes after opening this morning. The waiting room was packed. They were out of hand sanitizer in the waiting room area. People were wearing masks below their noses and no one was doing anything about it in the crowded room. It was an unsanitary and unsafe experience.
