Would not recommend have been waiting on a callback from this site for a few days
I am in the medical field and I was always taught that you should make the customer feel comfortable and safe. That wasn’t the cause. She was very rude. The whole office was rude. I am very terrified of needles and she made me even more scared. Honestly don’t be in the medical field if u can’t be nice to people. Oh and she wasn’t gently at all. I think the customer service is sadly very poor... it's like we're inconvenience in them to go in there I think you need to have a little bit more of a smile and be a little more pleasant to the patience... I pay extra to go to my doctor to have it done .. and that's ridiculous..
