They demanded my insurance card before they began service. Then they billed me for the full amount. Then to request a correction, I had to enter ALL of my date (same data) in three places. Cut and paste not allowed. Looks like the old trick: Make the correction so difficult the part just lets it g They are good at getting people in and out in reasonable time.
They do not answer the phone and their srevices sucks at this location. Strong NOT RECOMMENDED !
My experience at this Labcorp was unexpectedly nice! The people working the front desk were friendly and even made jokes. I am TERRIBLE at blood draws and the gal who drew my blood was so patient and sweet talking with me the entire time. It was a painless process and there was no wait!
Have been Online for good half hour trying to make a simple appointment. Your website is so confusing!! Got everything entered once & it kicked me out before I could complete it! This sucks!!! Next time I'm telling doctor to write order for Quest. Much, much easier!!! Tom Hodges
