I’ve been here before and had poor experiences (person doing the blood draw hit a nerve and I had terrible pain for hours). I decided to come once more because it’s the most convenient location. Never again. 40 minutes behind despite having an appointment. Blood draw was painful again which is unusual for me (and I unfortunately have to get my blood drawn weekly). I’m going to drive up to the San Mateo location. It’s not as good as Sutter but at least they’re professional

Atrocious patient care. 5 people waiting ; the lab technician is no where to be found for 15 minutes, then she appears not acknowledging the patients; brings supply and disappears in the different room sitting at the computer. No Hello , no acknowledging the people. I asked for her name, as she didn’t have a tag. She completely understood noted my question twice. Updated review: While I originally had a great experience at this facility, the last time I went back it was extremely painful. It took them 10 minutes to draw three vials of blood and they injured my vein in such a way that four months later I am still cannot use my arm. I would strongly advise people to avoid this LabCorp location. Original review: No wait, courteous staff, good blood draw experience

I dropped in at noon on a Friday for a urine sample and blood draw. There was one person in front of me and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was really impressed with the efficiency of the single lab tech who was there. I was treated kindly and respectfully.
