It says online that walk-ins are ok then when I get there they said it’s appointments only. The guy was there playing candy crush on his phone and there were no patients there and said that he couldn’t see me because he had one more appointment before they close for lunch in an hour. Don’t really understand how this place is open, drawing one persons blood and hour.
My technician Jay at the Redwood City labcorp was so kind, compassionate, and professional. He could sense I was a little uncomfortable with the amount of blood they needed to draw and he put me at ease. He even swapped in a smaller needle for me, and his technique was so smooth and painless. I didn't feel a thing. I was also running a little late within my appointment time and he handled it with grace. Thank you!

They say it’s walk in but they don’t do walk ins. Waste of time
Came in because they are “walk in” the reception without looking at me was like nope, no appointment no service. No one else was there by the way, and my wife walked in a few days ago in the same location. Wonder how you choose your costumers!
