I got there around some minutes after 2 and they told me I can be attended to without appointment, but they told me rudely around 3:30PM that I could not be attended to, because they close at 3PM. They asked me to come the following day after they have wasted my time.
I have a confirm appointment since a week ago. Got constant email about my appointment with a confirmation number. Yet the front desk keeps saying that that’s not the right confirmation number. Little confusing but at the end of the day they did let me get my labs done and waited 15 min max.
First time visiting this location. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and I arrived around 10:45 AM. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Jamila, instructed me to scan my QR code to check in.
