I wish that I could give them negative 1000 stars! The doctor said that I could walk in and I get there and a sign says “appointment only”. So, I go online and no appointments are available! The lady who was there, Leticia, refused to see me claiming that she could do nothing, scheduling wasn’t her job and besides, it’s almost time for my lunch! Pathetic for them to treat patients this way—especially when they are fasting!!!
I showed up at 8:30 am on a friday when they are supposed to be open. The door was locked and no one was there to help. not even a sign saying they will be closed. i called the office multiple times and no answer.
Third time I have made an appointment and arrived to the office and it was closed due to “unforeseen circumstances” On top of short Business hours! What kind of business does business like that?
