The worst consumer access i have noticed You are run around and around without end and yet there is no person available to resolve anything. Worst worst worst. Do not try to reach them with their posted telephone.
Long wait, it doesn't matter how early you get there, workers are super slow and don't care ...5 years after the first review I said let me give them another chance, still same issues long wait almost an hour of wait , both ladies in front with same nasty attitude ( they doing us a favour) , lesson learned never again.
Appointments are irrelevant. Expect to wait a very long time. If you have options for somewhere else, I’d go there.
THey make you do an appointment online, I've been waiting for more than an hour and they take walk-ins!!
Do yourself a favor. Save the headache don’t come to this location. The front desk staff have 0 costumer service skills and are so lazy they would rather turn you away then actually do their job.
