As a healthcare provider that I am a Very! concerning experience. During my blood draw, the phlebotomist repeatedly hit what bone and I evolved with significant bruising. As a healthcare provider, this should have been recognized and the needle repositioned immediately. This staff member would benefit from additional training to ensure patient safety. I emailed corporate with photos and never answered me, Department of Health is next

I don’t kno why I didn’t listen to the reviews. Poorly trained staff. Better be careful making mistakes with people bloodwork. If you end up there, please pay attention to what they are doing. One took so many blood samples for the wrong labs. The next one forget to take samples and stick me twice in the original spot where the blood was drawn.i was supposed to do a glucose test and the even gave me the wrong concentration. This is absurd!!!
Horrible attitude by staff members here, and the black lady with a bob is the worst of the bunch. Go to Quest or any other lab other than this place. Awful customer service by an awful company
