Excellent medical lab with professional and caring staff. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the service is fast and efficient. The overall experience is smooth and reliable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality laboratory services.
Positive note is they’re open early and I had no problem with my draw, tech was great. Negative is the PARKING. Cash only (which they don’t say up front), and machine ate my $20 and didn’t have enough change, shortchanged me $5. Tried to print receipt but it just didn’t print and went back to main menu, transaction gone. And of course homeless guy there knowing everybody is pulling out cash - until they fix and allow some easy CC payments, I won’t be back.
Staff is lazy and incompetent. I would never return to this location. Go get your blood work or test done somewhere else
Waited over an hour after the appointment time and they took multiple walkins before people with an appointment. Staff was very rude
Worst service, only one person, bad attitude. If you don't want to work, just quit or find something else that fits your needs. This place isn't safe.
