I arrived at 3:28 p.m. there was no one at the desk it was 3:44 p.m. when the young lady approached the desk and said we stopped doing drug test at 3:30 even though the card and the sign says from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. I'm not mad just disappointed in the service hopefully they can do better in the future I'll be returning today.
Went to get my blood drawn and I typically tend to get fairly woozy and faint. Carolyn did such a great job drawing my blood and was very tentative, she was so comforting! She talked to me throughout the whole process, grabbed an ice pack for me and made me feel at ease. Thank you Carolyn!
They must have a new manager because I was there today and everybody was Great
had to come here for a pre-employment drug screen. if you come here for a drug test, be prepared to not have any service in the lobby. i’ve been waiting for over an hour. terrible customer service.
I have visited this facility several times and every time I am disappointed. The first couple of visits I had to repeat the test because I was told that the top wasn’t tightly secured so the specimen spilled and the last time I visited I was third on the list and someone removed my name without calling me. If I had not been paying any attention to the teleprompter I would have been sitting in the waiting room until they closed. I do believe it was deliberate.
