Two to three days for a test result turned into a week and counting. Now I'm told they LOST my test and children's tests come before mine in a pandemic.

Best blood draw! I love Luba, she is very good at her job and she has a great bedside manner, so to speak. She goes the extra mile to help patients feel comfortable. I relocated & will drive the distance to have blood work done here & I have to do it done every 3 months or more.
The receptionist seemed to be stressed upon my arrival for a walk in test. She began to tell me that she didn't think they offered the urine test there. After an explanation (that I could not get to another location due to my work hours and the business hours of other locations) and some persistence- she looked into it further and found out that she was able to let me take the test. I do like the longer hours here though so that is a plus.
