I made my appointment almost two months in advance just to arrive to a closed office and redirected to the lab in the same building but now my appointment is void and I’m being treated as a walking with a wait time of over 2 hours. I was told that all appointments made at the closed office would not be prioritized. Labcorp is really lacking customer service and they should have notified us of the office closing so we don’t have to waste our time. This was a very disappointing visit.

The worst experience I fill up my info online to get appointment And I upload my health insurance info And after i went there for my appointment The front desk she told me I don’t accept your insurance And am waiting 9 days to get this appointment Don’t waste your time
The staff is friendly and do a perfect job with the blood draws. Even without an appointment I am in and out in about 20 minutes.
