First of all I've gone thru chemotherapy, two rounds. I have no veins and it is very awful having blood drawn. But then there's Mary, she is a miracle worker! It doesn't matter if I come in and she's busy, she finishes what she's doing and gets to me very quickly. Sha always helps me and gets blood on the first time. She is such a great asset to this labcorp. Linda
Mary checked me in and took my blood. She was wonderful. Very nice and it didn't even hurt. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Will be back. Thank you Mary. Karen
Excellent customer service
I made my appointment almost two months in advance just to arrive to a closed office and redirected to the lab in the same building but now my appointment is void and I’m being treated as a walking with a wait time of over 2 hours. I was told that all appointments made at the closed office would not be prioritized. Labcorp is really lacking customer service and they should have notified us of the office closing so we don’t have to waste our time. This was a very disappointing visit.
