I called them 13 times during hours of operation! And they never answered the phone.Why have a phone?And not answer it???
No less than 6 phone calls (to the # listed on my referral. Then that was several unnecessary error messages. All I can say is you must be getting your customers pushed to you rather than you having to go find them.
Best Labcorp!!! Frankie at the front desk is the kindest, most helpful patient-service representative I’ve ever encountered! Frankie went above and beyond for me and did it with a sweet and caring disposition. She helped to calm the storm when I was very stressed and worked everything out for my benefit with ease. Their lab techs are gentle and painless good at drawing blood too! Thank you Ben, Frankie and team! Much appreciated!
