Be sure NOT to bring your child here because they aren't allowed. Not even a sleeping newborn. Not even an independent teen can wait in the waiting room. Wish I would've known that before driving hours to get here. Terrible people.
The woman at the front desk was phenomenal! So kind and helpful, the lab tech was so sweet and very efficient.
I had Labs done on a monday and a week later nothing. I called and was told they don't know anything about the labs. They can't tell me anything about my blood work. I asked when it was sent she said that day. Can't tell me what time, do they have something thag says the labs were recieved, in process, complete....nothing. This is horrible customer service and working in the Healthcare field for over 20 years I know that this is highly incorrect.
