the system gave me the appointment when I arrived they only do it in certain times not the one the system gave me. I don't recommend this site.
I am so upset. I went in and customer service was great, wait time was great. I explained I was a hard stick and they normally get it from my hands. She went for my arm and fished around. A lot. She asked if it hurt and I said yes. She was able to get just a small about and I asked if she needed more and she told me no. The bruise and pain in my arm is still severe 7 days later. The staff is so rude. I have a medical issue with my bladder after expressing this to the staff they were very inconsiderate of my medical issue causing me pain and embarrassment. If it wasn't for pre employment screening I would not ever use them again.
As much as I hate needles, I love LabCorp! A great staff & service!
I arrived at 1:20 and there was a sign saying they'd be back from lunch at 1:30. I waited until 1:50 and no one came out. So unprofessional... And now I am back because I have to get this lab work done today.
