My blood draw was excellent, but very disappointed that my blood sample was mishandled! I received a message stating "Test not performed, serum was in contact with cells when received." This was the test I waited for a year to get, and now I have to re-test. I need answers to what happened to my blood after the draw. I'm very upset to say the least!
Receptionists were not helpful. People take time off work and their daily lives to get lab work done. It didn’t seem like my time was appreciated.
