The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, which completely left a tarnish on my day. If employees do not want to be at work, then they need to find another job.
I waited 2 hrs with an appointment. The phlebotomist was nice enough but when she removed the needle my arm started squirting blood so I held the bandage tight. She told me not to do that and that “I’ve got it.” M’am… there is blood squirting out of my arm I don’t think you have this! How is anyone with a job supposed to get their blood drawn with these wait times? Look at the other reviews you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I had blood taken for lab testing, now no one can locate my blood, Labcorps doesn't even have me listed as having been a patient, and I couldn't get through to get any sort of help. Taking it upon myself to solve the problem, I went by Labcorps in person and they told me there was nothing they could do, and I should have my physician send an order for me to get my blood taken again. This place is operating essentially as a criminal enterprise and should be shut down.
Check in was easy at the kiosk and front counter, and I was called back in less than 10 minutes of waiting, even with a busy waiting room. The blood draw itself was painless, the best I’ve ever had - I didn’t feel a thing! The receptionist/phlebotomist was very pleasant with everyone.
This place sucks. When checking in, the kiosk tells you that you can wait in your vehicle, and that they will send you a text when they’re ready for you. Not here apparently, they call your name once and remove you from the waiting list. I waited in my car for an hour, got the text, then went in the waiting room and waited for another hour. I got up, told the receptionist I had been waiting (she was extremely rude by the way), and she said they removed me from the list.
