My husband brought our kid in this morning. The tech should have been switched for one with some common sense but instead, she decided to send my kid home without any work being done. NEWS FLASH: If you are a Phlebotomist, you SHOULD KNOW that some people CAN get dizzy and nauseous and anxious at the sight of needles and blood. My kid does. Don't go on a Saturday without an appointment I got here at 7:20am and it's 9:40 am and I am still waiting. I dont even know of they will get to me before they close at 11am. Its never been this bad. I am use to waiting an hour as a walking we need a better solution for bloodwork in Tallahassee.
Brought my disabled, veteran sister in for blood work. She was a walk-in and was well aware of the possible wait. This was my first time here. Was there a wait? Yes. Did we care? No, because it's expected at places like this, especially when it's busy. They took patients back at a steady pace. Shout out to Waleska! I've never seen a kinder person with the patience of a saint. Thank you again for being so wonderful.
So, I gotta say, lapcorp the corporation is awful. They understaffed their places and these poor technicians have to work super hard just to meet the patient demand. Everyone i spoke to was incredibly kind, but also frazzled. LabCorp should do better by its employees and staff more people. Every single employee in that office today was wonderful, my only problem is with the corporation itself.
