Tim Gamble Location. I spoke quite clearly that the specimens in the bag with the lab orders all ready in the system, need them to complete paperwork as well. I called prior day and NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. I showed up early and due to the front staff with a lack of listening skills, did not listen and now waiting longer for their lack of listening skills. Having an appointment does help, but that's like saying a thimble helps bail a sinking ship. The wait is endless, its crowded, and the common areas are quite worn/dingy. That said: the phlebotomists are good at their job... once (or if) you finally get called back, that is.

Awful place unfortunately. Had an 11 am appointment, got there at 10:30, at 11:30 there was 7 appointments and an unknown # of walking in front of me! Left. (The people were nice though) Go to Quest in Valdosta! (Not sure about Tallahassees) in and out in 16 mins. The lady literally said, they strive to no more than five minutes past your appointment time!
