You can’t get hold of anyone on the phone and it is very frustrating as a customer. I tried different ways but they also couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Why do they have that number for customers to call if we get anyone to answer.
The employees without monitoring , the employees didn't want to do test blood for me i am full coverage insurance . hope you the superfiser interested to contact with me.
Awfully staffed with uneducated people.
Worst experience. They didn't send report even after 3 weeks. On top of it, they weren't able to find my record later.
The wrost Lab and seat mote than 20 minutes and two ladies in front desk working in the computer without any word to explain the delay. .
