I recently took my daughter to Labcorp on Alcoa Hwy for her first blood work appointment, and I can't express how impressed we were with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable in what could have been a stressful situation. I had an appointment Feb 13 after going to the Sutherland ave location and having the worse experience of my life. Karen and Theresa from upstairs were filling in. They were angels. They took great care of me and made it a great experience even though I am a very hard person to get blood from. Check in was fast and easy and the gentleman at the check out was very kind. Definitely recommend this location anytime you need lab services.
