Wish I had known before waiting, but they actually stop taking blood at 4:00 p.m. and have failed to post that among their rules. Not the lady’s fault but also frustrating for anyone involved. Please update your hours to reflect what times you actually operate.
We on 3/21/24 at 9:00 am and the people work in side were drink something and eating, not taking patients, the people that were sitting out side told us that there were there for a half hour , what is going on?
Once you get in, the staff is nice, but nothing else is positive. Endless rules posted, you must sign in for everything…even just dropping off a sample. I’ve now waited 30 minutes TO DROP OFF A SAMPLE. I waited 15 minutes yesterday to pick up the sample cup (there were no patients inside) No clean/dirty pen option either.
Staff was super fun and efficient. Great all around experience. And, most importantly, Iyou would never know i had 8 vials of blood taken. Go to this location if you can. You can also grab groceries at Kroger's since it's right there.
Save yourself time and do not go to this Lab Corp. This place does not deserve anyone’s business. I got some regular lab work done there only to find out later that they tested the wrong one later. Had to go back to get my blood withdrawn which is bad enough, and when I got there at my appointment time they told me their server is down and they couldn’t check anyone in, without providing any alternative solution.
