Es una vergüenza que un Laboratorio con tanto $$ tenga a 1 sola persona haciendo el trabajo de 2 personas de Recepcionista y Técnica y por eso se tardan tanto en tantas localidades en especial la del Loop y el de la S .John Young Pkway en Kissimmmee FL. Y esta ella está tratando ser lo mejor sola pero deberían poner ayuda en las localidades

Labcorp in the LifeBridge in Pikesville, MD should be ashamed of themselves. Not only was the place disgusting- the staffs’ attitudes were worse! I had an appointment- arrived 15 minutes early like they stated and did a mobile check in. They made me wait in the hallway because the had a 3 people capacity which two were their staff so basically only one patient in at a time. Went to my appointment today and after waiting 15 minutes I was told the computers were down and I needed a paper script. I lost an hour of work only to have to make another appointment and miss more work. If my insurer gave me a choice I’d go somewhere else for my lab work. Here’s an idea Labcorp get a more stable computer system for your offices and given you have my email address and phone number have someone call or text to inform me that I need a paper script or should reschedule.

DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND DISRESPECTED !!!! At: Labcorp located at- 1676 Mulkey Rd Austell, Georgia 30106. (770) 941-4249 ATTENTION CORPORATE: I have been drug testing twice a month at this location for the last 19 months, by both blood and urine, for an alcohol sobriety program. Things were fine up until recently. As of 2021 this location has mostly new staff working there. On 3/5/21 a Lab Tech named Sharon Allen, told me I could not wear my head covering. Always a terrible experience at LabCorp New Rochelle, NY. The staff is very condescending, giving the impression that they hate their job! Just walked in to a waiting room full of people, mind you, their door posts “7 people max capacity.” We are in the middle of a pandemic and no regard for capacity. Express check-in is a disaster for the elderly who don’t know how to work the touch screen. Needless to say, I will never come back with my 78yr old mother, who’s health is high-risk!

Made an appointment, they took those without an appointment before those of us who took the time to do it right. Was instructed to come 10 minutes early, so my wait was nearly 40 minutes. If you have an appointment, that takes priority over walk ins for drug testing.

Can’t get anyone to respond to emails. Can’t get anyone on the phone either that knows any answers but they will put you on hold for way too long with each person you speak to, only to be transferred again and again with no resolution.

The people in El Paso in the cliff rd location need to be retrained. An older lady with glasses seemed like she severed my vein. My arm has been getting more purple and swollen each day. It’s been a week. I just hope my color comes back.
