Disgusting behavior by the staff in NYC 59th street location. Long story short. I have a very serious medical condition. I turned up for blood work as I often do. I was actively experiencing Afib and couldn’t catch my breath. The girl at the office kicked me out and refused to allow me to get my blood checked because I could not medically tolerate a mask. They misplaced my specimen due to the lab not putting in the system while I was standing there. I had to do all the literal footwork to have it made right. As well as I was told it would be within a week and yet tomorrow is 2 weeks and they still don’t have results! Not happy, and frankly people should RUN from your company
