I've been pretty reliant on Lab Corps for frequent specialty bloodwork since 2016 and their billing department is atrocious. Why do you take and continually update insurance information if you aren't going to bill properly, if at all? Please do better!
Going out of business would be an improvement.

I am currently at Labcorp for my 3rd diabetes test and I am completely disgusted. Having touch screens everyone is forced to use during a pandemic is asinine. Hire another front desk person to take the information and allow for safety. It’s so cramped in there people are shoulder to shoulder and being 8 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy ... My Dr uses LabCorp in her office. My husband and I both went in same day, same time....he got his results back but I never received them. 2 email attempts and 1 call and nothing resolved yet. I sure hope after her year contract is up she dumps them again.
Unprofessional, rude and their hours are ridiculous. Monday-Friday 9:30am-1pm, for a drug screen, with a half hour break from 11-11:30. So you have a three hour window, and the receptionist just straight out laughs you out of the office otherwise
Two months later no results and no way to follow up besides a “submit question” on their site. Terrible and unethical.
Staff are horrible and rude but that seems to be a common thing in all the reviews here.
