Did not get test results on time for trip to Hawaii.
I went out of my way today to go to my favorite location because I am a very hard stick and chronically ill and the Teetsa, the technician there, who has drawn me several times here in the past, has been wonderful. But upon arriving for my scheduled appt today, I waited in my car for over 35 mins before receiving a text that the technician was ready. RecommendedOKC on Memorial in Oklahoma had a wonderful experience. Got there at 8 so I was first but everything was easy. The ladies working were so nice and did such a great job!
Move faster with turn around on Covid test.
worst health care experience in the US. Slow, rude employees and unclean facilities.
Had labs drawn over a week and no results. This is so unacceptable to not be able to talk with a person. I sent three requests the other patient portal for someone to call me and of course no one has called or emailed me. This is people’s health they are dealing with. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I bet I get a bill for it though.
I was tested for COVID on 11/14. I have been experiencing severe symptoms. It’s now 11/19 and I still haven’t gotten my results. I have called and emailed several times with no response. It’s frustrating not to get answers. Very disappointed.
They have violated HIPAA several times. If you want your personal information sent to the wrong person as well as being called back to a room with them using a personal identifier, then by all means use them. As far as reaching someone in the Corporate Office to voice your concerns, good luck.
Had the worst experience there today. The staff was more than rude and disrespectful.
