Came as a walk in and despite there being so many people in the waiting room, I was out within 30 minutes. Fred is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. Didn’t feel the needle at all and my arm is not sore. Had to ask for his technique!!
Went there on a saturday morning, was in an out in less than 30 min. I had the best service ever in a lab. And Thanks Barbara for being Nice.
I went in for a routine health screening panel and was checked in easily. Tiffany handled my appointment today and she was amazing! She was super professional and a joy to talk to for the entire appointment. If you need to schedule any appointment at this office, request her as she is the best!
I brought my daughter for a pediatric blood draw. The nurse had a sour demeanor and made no effort to make my child comfortable, take her time or show any kindness. She scolded me for touching her arm when I was trying to hold her still, because then she had to re-sanitize the arm, and then she scolded me for not having my daughter drink more water, because the blood was taking “too long” to come out. When my daughter asked about bandaids she rudely said she would get wrapped and would not get a bandaid. She did a good job ... read more
