I had a very disappointing experience at this laboratory while taking my 2-month-old baby for a blood test. The technician who attended us was extremely impatient and lacked the care and compassion needed when working with an infant. She had difficulty finding my baby’s vein and had to make two attempts to insert the catheter. My baby was crying intensely, which is completely expected for a 2-month-old undergoing this type of procedure, but the technician showed very little patience or empathy. Great staff, very friendly and nice. I appreciate their attention to everything and highly recommend this laboratory. Happy to have such a nice place near by :)
The wait time is horrible. I arrived around 7:30am and did not get called back for blood draw until 8:50
I have come to this location quite a few times in the last year for bloodwork. Everyone has been so nice. I do make an appointment, and today I was in and out in 10 minutes. Anne did a fantastic job drawing my blood, I barely even felt it.
Very professional staff phool bazgha was really helpful ful. Very scared of needles but she did really good job and did her job pretty good. All staff there was very friendly. Need and clean area. Thanks phool for taking care of pretty good.
