Came in for bloodwork; they moved to the ground level which is convenient, and I hope they can keep the office cooler as it is very stuffy . People are crammed in like sardines; and the young girl at front desk talks like a robot and has zero social skills. She spoke so fast and never took one breath. Someone has to remind her that there are many elderly people there. She clearly can’t read the room.
I had such a painless experience I had to hop on google to immediately capture my review. I tried to see if I could snag a morning walk in at the other Torrance location on earl and they already had a long line out the door at 8am. I went online and luckily snagged an open 10:30am spot here! I checked in 10:30am, got a room at 11am, and was done by 11:10am. Site suggests no appointment necessary, yet there was a wait of 3 hours this morning with 6 people still ahead before deciding to leave. Appointments should be mandatory at this point, I'm highly disappointed in the services (not) provided.
Super nice staff, took great care of my parents. Often have not had the same experience at other locations.
What's the problem with LabCorp, especially at this location? The receptionist lacks common decency and communication skills. Maybe they pay so little this type of person is all they can get. Maybe understaffed? I felt like I was there to satisfy and appease the receptionist, she seemed like the lead person there at the time. The other staff members seem to tiptoe around her.
