The worst ever place to go For blood test , this location is very bad. Walkins even if you go at 800 am they say wait time is 4 hours. Had 2 bad experiences specially when my mom was fasting and then had to wait another 4 hours. Go to the one in PV or any other location but this one. This is at 510 N prospect. Never go there.
Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff was particularly unprofessional—one even shrugged and said, "I'm not dealing with that," when I asked a simple question. According to the clinic’s own guidelines, patients should be seen within 15 minutes of their appointment time. If you love the experience of wasting hours at the DMV, you’ll love this location. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. Deserves 0 stars! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! All the positive reviews are old and no longer reflect the current service. The receptionist (purple hair) is rude and shows no concern for customers. I have been trying to get bloodwork for over a month. First I walk in, all of a sudden they don’t take walk ins anymore. Okay, I make an appointment. Get a text the day before saying the lab is closed with no further explanation or assistance. Okay, make another appointment a week later at a different lab, same thing. I felt sorry for the old man that the receptionist denied coz they don’t have appointment,seeing the guy how hard he tried to go up there from parking lot was heartbreaking,the receptionist was not nice at all,the way she talk to them was mean. I will not recommend this clinic at all.I work in healthcare too and sometimes we have to make extra work to cater our patients/clients.
