This is my second day returning. The first day I waited 3 hours. 2 hours over the projected time and had to leave for work. Came back second day again at 8:00 wait time between 9:30 am 10am. Said I would be seen at 11:00 and it's 11:50 am. I have to go to work. This is so awful and disrespectful to the people that have to go to work. If an appointment is early They will take that person before you. At least say you are all booked with appointments for that day but don't make people wait 4 hours days in a row. And fasting!
What's the problem with LabCorp, especially at this location? The receptionist lacks common decency and communication skills. Maybe they pay so little this type of person is all they can get. Maybe understaffed? I felt like I was there to satisfy and appease the receptionist, she seemed like the lead person there at the time. Something is very wrong. Arrived at 7:45am on a Wednesday at there was already a line of 9 people waiting. The doors were promptly opened at 8am and we checked in using the kiosk, one by one. For people without an appointment, we were given the option to schedule a same-day appointment time. Mine was 1.5 hrs later, at 9:30am. All the good reviews are old and outdated!! Do not come to this location!!! This place deserves no stars!! I’m literally only leaving one star because I have to. This is the absolute worst lab corp in the area. Doors open at 8 AM. I was there at 7 AM. There was already a line forming, I was #7 in line. Behind me there was about 15 people. Doors opened at 8, I was checked in and in the waiting room by 8:20. I WAITED 4 HOURS! They called people that were behind me in line!
