Arrived at 7:45am on a Wednesday at there was already a line of 9 people waiting. The doors were promptly opened at 8am and we checked in using the kiosk, one by one. For people without an appointment, we were given the option to schedule a same-day appointment time. Mine was 1.5 hrs later, at 9:30am. All the good reviews are old and outdated!! Do not come to this location!!! This place deserves no stars!! I’m literally only leaving one star because I have to. This is the absolute worst lab corp in the area. Doors open at 8 AM. I was there at 7 AM. There was already a line forming, I was #7 in line. Behind me there was about 15 people. Doors opened at 8, I was checked in and in the waiting room by 8:20. I WAITED 4 HOURS! They called people that were behind me in line! Staff was great, I made an appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. Tons of walk-ins, but they prioritized my appointment time and I got seen right at the time I booked.
Super sweet staff, very pleasant experience!
