Think twice before working for this company! They don’t care about their employees or patients! I worked for this company for 12 years and left due to poor management my ex-supervisor Jessica H leaves a balance on the spending card account sent to me, for me to pay off... what a joke..
I do recommend Labcorp as a company but I do not recommend the Beaumont location. I just heard the stupidest response from a medical professional that I have ever heard. Went to this Labcorp and while standing at the reception desk I noticed the receptionist/nurse and the nurse drawing blood were not wearing masks. Labcorp in the LifeBridge in Pikesville, MD should be ashamed of themselves. Not only was the place disgusting- the staffs’ attitudes were worse! I had an appointment- arrived 15 minutes early like they stated and did a mobile check in. They made me wait in the hallway because the had a 3 people capacity which two were their staff so basically only one patient in at a time. Always a terrible experience at LabCorp New Rochelle, NY. The staff is very condescending, giving the impression that they hate their job! Just walked in to a waiting room full of people, mind you, their door posts “7 people max capacity.” We are in the middle of a pandemic and no regard for capacity. Express check-in is a disaster for the elderly who don’t know how to work the touch screen. Needless to say, I will never come back with my 78yr old mother, who’s health is high-risk!
Made an appointment, they took those without an appointment before those of us who took the time to do it right. Was instructed to come 10 minutes early, so my wait was nearly 40 minutes. If you have an appointment, that takes priority over walk ins for drug testing.
Had the absolute worst experience at labcorp in Davenport. Have already been waiting 4 hours and have not even been called to the front desk to check in. Was never told when we arrived there would be a long wait. I have a sick child who has not eaten and it’s 2:00 pm. Ask how much long the rude lady at the front won’t even tell you anything. Horrible experience with front desk staff today. Literally had me leave in tears and have never experienced such horrible service and lack of human empathy. In today’s world, life is stuff and they need training in how to treat people. I watched multiple people talked to extremely rude and guaranteed if you called anyone seen today 2/8/21 at the Surprise AZ location, they would concur. Extremely disappointed and will not return to any LabCorp ever again.
