Very nice and helpfu employees
Set up the appointment online. Arrived on time and checked in from my phone. Was called in 2 min. I was asked for a permission for a supervised student in training to draw my blood. I said yes - fast,first attempt, painless, courteous. Great experience, plenty of parking, no wait time.
Jazmine made me feel so comfortable while drawing my blood! I usually get nervous, but she was a light in that room with all the other staff members! Thank you for taking care of me🩷
Definitely make an appointment if you can, rather than walking in, and get there a little early. I came at 12:10 for my 12:30 appt and was done by 12:20! Rebecca was really quick and kind! I normally pass out or feel queasy when getting my blood drawn but she did everything very quickly I barely felt a thing!
The service was terrible! My daughter waited over an hour, and after such a long wait, the person who helped her had a really bad attitude. They have the worst service in the area!
