The branch in laitham has very rude staff. Thy misbehave with their patients. Thy even dnt know their work. Very arrogant and rude staff

Disgusting behavior by the staff in NYC 59th street location. Long story short. I have a very serious medical condition. I turned up for blood work as I often do. I was actively experiencing Afib and couldn’t catch my breath. The girl at the office kicked me out and refused to allow me to get my blood checked because I could not medically tolerate a mask. They misplaced my specimen due to the lab not putting in the system while I was standing there. I had to do all the literal footwork to have it made right. As well as I was told it would be within a week and yet tomorrow is 2 weeks and they still don’t have results! Not happy, and frankly people should RUN from your company
I went to the Haywood location in Virginia Beach. I needed a simple test for employment. I showed up at eight am right as they opened. I was told they did not do drug testing until 9. I showed back up right before 9. I was told that toliet was down. If I was told this at 8 I could have gone to another location.
