I put a contract on a Labb Home. After the inspection went through they found 10 issues - including one with the foundation. Labb said they would fix the problems. I had my home inspector return and they only fixed 5 or the 10 problems. Furthermore, the foundation issue is a code violation. I have asked for my construction deposit back and they have yet to respond. Note if you buy a home with violations and later try to sell it, it will most likely fail home inspection so you won't be able to sell it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
