I walked in without an appointment and there were four people in the waiting room. I was told the wait time for non-appointments was 4 hours. Seems the boss likes to yell and be in charge more than doing her job.

Too long of a wait for walk in. I needed a simple drug test, yet they said I have to wait over 4 hours and come back to get it done. I went multiple times and was never able to be seen because the waiting is too long. Very unprofessional and not accommodating. Go to a different place.
The 2 receptionists were very nice and asked if I had appt and I said no as I have been several years ago and never needed one! Today I waited for 2 3/4 hours and then they placed me in room 2 and I will call it the isolation room as there was no one in sight for 1/2 he Ibreally don’t think they should punish people and have them wait so long especially elderly people.
