Came in to get tested for parasites. The results took TWO WEEKS. The one sample arrived frozen from labcorp so it was never tested for C-Diff . And the girl entered the parasite test in wrong to their computer so it defaulted and omitted the exact test I needed which was cryptosporidium. This is the test I and my doctor specifically wanted done bc I was ill from swimming in a pool. Berta at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and got me in quickly as a walk-in.
A week later after I drive in myself to have lab work done, I get notified they never received my samples. What has happened here? Am I a ghost? I know what I did and I drove it there myself. Annoyed.
Asked some fairly simple question and the front desk lady couldn’t give me a strait answer. Said it was three times more work than she wanted to do. Very rude and not very intelligent. I’ve decided to take my business to Intermountain.
Berta at the front desk was very helpful and already had my lab order pulled up and ready to go after I signed in. Even as a walk in, I waited for maybe 10 minutes. When I went for my bloodwork, I have a fear of needles and blood but Autumn made it super quick and painless. Super easy process, I think my whole appointment took 30 minutes.
