Asked some fairly simple question and the front desk lady couldn’t give me a strait answer. Said it was three times more work than she wanted to do. Very rude and not very intelligent. I’ve decided to take my business to Intermountain.
Berta at the front desk was very helpful and already had my lab order pulled up and ready to go after I signed in. Even as a walk in, I waited for maybe 10 minutes. When I went for my bloodwork, I have a fear of needles and blood but Autumn made it super quick and painless. Super easy process, I think my whole appointment took 30 minutes.
I don’t know why all the nasty reviews. Maybe they’ve changed their ways. I scheduled an appointment and was treated great by reception, and seen on time.
I went in for lab work the other day. I don’t do well with needles and sometimes get light-headed and almost pass out. I told the nurse this and he was awesome! Super friendly and made an extra effort to distract me as he was drawing my blood.
The front office staff were very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Had an appointment, arrived early. They said I had unpaid bills, Printed out a piece of paper with a number to call to resolve. Call the number, bills were not mine. Had their office staff talked to them on the phone to verify. They didn't believe them. Called a second time to verify to confirm once again, unpaid bills were not mine. Total wait time 1.5 hours.
