I don’t know why all the nasty reviews. Maybe they’ve changed their ways. I scheduled an appointment and was treated great by reception, and seen on time.
I went in for lab work the other day. I don’t do well with needles and sometimes get light-headed and almost pass out. I told the nurse this and he was awesome! Super friendly and made an extra effort to distract me as he was drawing my blood.
The front office staff were very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Had an appointment, arrived early. They said I had unpaid bills, Printed out a piece of paper with a number to call to resolve. Call the number, bills were not mine. Had their office staff talked to them on the phone to verify. They didn't believe them. They wont stop sending me invoices for accounts that I have already paid. When I call them they say I have paid everything but I still keep getting invoices.
I was really disappointed with my experience at LabCorp today. I planned ahead, paid in advance, and drove over an hour for my lab work—only to be turned away because Fridays are by appointment only. No one told me that, and it's not mentioned on the website or bussines listings. While I stood there, I saw multiple people turned away just like me. It's frustrating when your time, energy, and money aren’t respected.
