This is ridiculous, they make you check in, wait for a long time, then they tell you to go to the labcorp “next door at Walgreens” or that their card reader is not working so that you go to that Walgreens most of the times you visit this place
I have been visiting this location for regular blood wor for years. In some occasions waiting was a bit more than expected, which is understandable due to crowd ( I never had a doctor appointment in which I didn't have to wait at least 30 minutes+ beyond my appointment time!), otherwise I always have been treated well and respected

Shocked at how filthy and disorganized it was. After seeing a woman be told she would not be seen without printed paperwork, my phlebotomist never asked for mine. When I asked do you need this, she said I guess so, give it to me. The tray that the needle was in had actual blood in it. Like, a decent amount (larger than a quarter drop and spatter). I was so grossed out and shocked I didn’t even say anything. MY BAD! I regretted that as soon as I started driving away. I will stay away from this location from now on.
Maybe tell people on your website that you don’t perform drug screenings at this location. That way people don’t waste their time driving to you to be told you don’t do that.
