Took a long time for a drug test for my job
The location could be marked with signage better like maybe on the outside of the main building I would give them five stars for friendliness, professionalism services available for everything except for the wait time
The hours need to be changed to 3:30 if patients are not being taken past that time. I drove 45 mins to location to be turned away due to the time being 3:40. It should be clear on website and on pre-employment drug screening registration that the cut off is 3:30. When entering, the staff said “read the sign”. Which made the situation more frustrating, because obviously I couldn’t read the sign before getting to that location.
