I understand and respect that businesses have policies in place. Had I known there was a "no children in the testing area" policy, I would not have brought my 8-year-old daughter with me. The policy itself was not the issue. What was upsetting was the technician's suggestion that I leave my child with complete strangers in the lobby while I went to the back for testing. Had to drop off labs here for my patient in the area a few weeks ago. Very rude staff, had to sign in for patient & sit in the lobby for almost an hour just to drop specimen off. Was finally called to the back after I asked again. Staff told me to stand there while she checked it in & then proceeded to tell me that I had basically "drawn his labs for nothing", because an account number was missing on the form. Very disappointed in both the professionalism and reliability of this establishment. I made an appointment online several days ago. Online it gives no option for a prepayment, so obviously I waited to pay with my insurance when I had gotten there (which was an option to select online). Upon arrival, I signed in and took my seat. After about 45 minutes of waiting, my name was called. I was told I had no appointment. I told them I did and that I made it online. The staff is very rude, mean, disrespectful. You would think that coming here to get service done was an inconvenience for them. They make you very uncomfortable
