Doesn’t hurt to be friendly. I mean you only see patients for a max of 10 mins. Gosh! Talk about bad customer service.

My blind mother came into your location on 6/13 for blood work and she let the lady sitting at the front desk know she needed assistance. When the lady at the front desk called my mother to the back, she asked the lady at the door for guidance to the room and this woman told my blind mother no because if my mother fall she don't want to be responsible. This is truly disturbing. I can't believe you allow your employees to discriminate against people with disabilities. I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

New place, larger waiting room. But!!!! They are still too freaking slow! It takes up most of your day as if you have nothing else to do!

I had a number of test done by your office. When I came in, there was no one at the desk, but later the lab tech came and took the vials for cultures. I also gave her my Medicare and Blue Cross Ins cards. This week I get a bill for the full amount. I called the service # and gave them the info again. Tonite I get an automated call trying to get me to pay over the phone. Besides the place was filthy. I will not go there again.
