Don't waste your time at this location. They don't answer the phone and I've wasted my time 3 days in a row attempting to simply provide a urine sample for an employer. This LabCorp location is so "understaffed" they won't even give you the time of day. Christa is the most unfriendly human I've met all year. She walked out and yelled at a sweet elderly lady for absolutely no reason and wouldn't even give me her full name when I asked. Since they don't answer the phone hopefully this picture helps somebody else out.
Waited for 2 hours for my medication. Staff claimed they never received a call from my pharmacy, which was not true. On top of that, they were rude and unprofessional. Completely unacceptable service for a pharmacy. Avoid. I absolutely do not recommend it.
I have no idea why Labcorp is making the business decisions that they are, but it is absolutely impacting patient experience and I suspect employee experience as well. We waited over a month for an early morning appointment for our two daughters. I stopped by the day prior to confirm whether they had pediatric vials. They didn't, and said "it doesn't matter". The website says they open at 7:30 which is not true. These people show up when they want to. One time it was 8:00 another time it was 8:30. Terrible service
Did walk-in 12/2 because no appt available for next 20 days at location. Doctor appt next week. During 1.5 hrs wait 4 people addressed. Suspect some may have had appointments since came after and taken in ahead of people waiting since before 9 am. Not enough chairs for all waiting for labwork, started sitting on floor. Chairs are shared w pharmacy customers waiting services. Have come here a few times since September 22. This was the longest wait. A few people who were waiting left.
