Very disappointed in this location specifically. I show up at 3:15 on Friday for a urine screen nothing major, Turned away because I was told they closed at 3:30 and also because they didn’t have anybody on site to perform the test. Go back on Monday, Get told their systems are down. I go into an errand figure I’ll go back maybe their systems will be up go back in system shut down door is completely dark no lights on inside, It appears they’ve gone for the day. I had great experience. Went to this location since the location on Tryon rd got closed permanently, which wasn't even notified to me. I checked in, didn't have an appointment, there were just 2 technicians, and both of are super quick getting people in and out.
Labcorp failed to send my mother's test results to her ordering physician. The doctor's office reached out multiple times to no avail. I personally went to the facility, but it just a kiosk and a locked door. There is no customer service number to call. Everything is automated and impersonal. Avoid at all costs!!
