I showed up for my appointment, but they were closed due to weather (it had snowed the day before, but the roads were totally clear at this point). They did not communicate with me at all that my appointment was canceled.
I should have trusted the two-star rating and read the review before doing my routine lab work at this location. I've always had confidence and trust when going to Labcorp, but this has opened my eyes to the fact that standards is not company-wide.
Go at your own risk here! I took my teen daughter for some labwork. There was two techs working and both were rude. The guy told me I need to submit a credit card and without thinking I did. Then he handed me a authorization to fill out and thats when I asked why he needed my card. He said in case Insurance didn't pay. I told him that was ridiculous and I wasn't signing it.
