Terrible service, I arrived for appointment made online and waited an hour with zero updates. Multiple times I knocked on the door and they just said “we’ll be with you when we can”. Just completely disrespectful, what’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t get in?
No blood pressure cuff!
Had an appointment, but they were so backed up they told us even those with appts were going to wait a long time. I waited over an hour and a half with an appointment and still was not able to be seen. Went to another location and was in and out in 15 minutes.
The hours are clearly listed on the door but they close a half hour early. She said they do this every day. When I asked about this, the door was shut in my face.
Waited 1.5 hours on a Saturday morning at this labcorp. Three employees were inside and they were handling the queue so slowly. Most people were very frustrated by the time taken at this Labcorp. Very poor customer service. They were lethargic no concern for the people waiting outside. Waited close to 2 hrs and just walked off.
