My experience was one of the worst experiences ever. Last week I went in to have my blood drawn and I waited and waited for my results......nothing came back. I contacted Labcorp customer service and they told me my sister (twin) had an order and her blood drawn, but they couldn't find anything for me. I told them no.....that wasn't true and that I (not my twin) had my blood drawn for an order my doctor sent over. The customer service rep said they couldn't find one for me. I went to the scheduled LabCorp location in the afternoon, but was told their only technician wasn’t available that day. I was then directed to another LabCorp, with the assurance that it would be open until 5 PM. However, when I arrived at the second location, I found that they had already closed and shut down their system by 3:30 PM. This experience was incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the reliability and communication of the staff at this location. No wonder the review rating is only 2.7 out of 5.
Confirmed that my provider had sent over lab orders multiple times and tried to call the location to confirm they had received them 3-4 times before my appointment. I was never able to get through or get a call back. I get to my appointment and they have no records of the orders, wasting everyone’s time. I can understand that they are “busy” and answering the phone is difficult, but patients are busy too. Worst place and very irresponsible people. I gave my samples, not one time, two times, it never got to the lab, and I never got the results back. When I went and asked, no responsible answer or action and unprofessional. It looks like the technician here are either untrained or intentionally doing things like not sending the samples. So, I will not surprised if they mix the patients samples either…so please be aware before going to this place.
I went here for a blood draw. (Labs). I scanned my info at the auto check in kiosk. 24 minutes later I was brought back to the lab. There were two individuals working. The phlobotomist that helped me was very nice. When it was time to draw, she asked me what arm I wanted to draw from. I responded "you tell me" as I showed her my forearms. She chose one.
