Everyone was nice, but Great personalized service from Peter Wysmyk. 0 pressure, very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Products are made-to-order, so don't expect to pick up the same day. But it's worth the wait.
Very poor customer service experience, Manager was the worst. No greeting, and rude facial expressions when approach. We were the only customers and He showed no interest in providing informations related to the product.
First time purchasing from this store. Excellent customer service. We arrived close to closing time, and the sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable. We made our purchase at closing time (6PM) and love the new chair. The only downside is that we felt rushed with a 6PM closing time. I live on the other side of the city, and it is almost impossible to get to the store before closing time after work. Service and product rank as excellent.
Staff was friendly and attentive, always loved the quality of lazyboy recliners. I am very surprised by the standards of them now very poor quality and is not what it used to be.
Wow ! Do I have an experience to share about this outfit. Well get back after we finish our ongoing business. No sure where to start , guess it boils down to being profile. They sold me two recliners. One for myself which was quite obvious it was not in new condition. Heads up these guys wanted to repair under warranty a chair they knew or should have was not in new condition with major scratches and worn sagging material, and after couple months back and forth I sent them the serial number on a register letter to the sales ... read more
