Excellent service from Del. I told him what I was looking for and he found it. Made sure that he was selling me something that would be comfortable for my needs.
A very good store. The layout is fantastic, the products are world-class, and the staff are friendly.
Spent $9000 on 2 leather sofa recliners, cushioning seems to have been left out, sink way to far down into the seat, hard to get back out of recline position. The cushioning definitely isn't satisfactory. Can't return, special order. Sore hips.. and getting a bad back as well... lol.. so disappointed. Buy off the rack, chances of getting things resolved would probably be better.
Everyone was nice, but Great personalized service from Peter Wysmyk. 0 pressure, very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Products are made-to-order, so don't expect to pick up the same day. But it's worth the wait.
