RecommendedWhen searching for chairs for our great room I immediately thought of Lazy Boy. I am so glad that I did and was pleased to find the perfect chairs. It was extremely helpful to be able to take fabric samples home in order to choose the appropriate fabric. Our salesman Tony was very accommodating and great to work with. I will return to Lazy Boy again for future home purchases. Not only do they have great furniture, but I just love the selection of home decor furnishings.
Jessica was our designer, she met with us in the store and we chose some possible pieces and then she came out took measurements and looked at what I wanted to keep for the living room and came up with a plan. She presented to us in a 3D program to scale. She is excellent, has a great eye!!! Very flexible, we didn’t like the rug she showed us so she is doing more research and will call us when she has more to show us. Jessica is a consummate professional. I highly recommend her and Lazyboy.
RecommendedWe purchased a love seat and two recliners and after talking with Jessica and Taylor, we set up a home visit to take advantage of their collective style and furniture expertise. You will not find two more friendly, fun, thorough and knowledgeable people to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed having them in our home and never felt any pressure. Top shelf customer service with a smile. The manager is pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. You will be pleased, too.

RecommendedHad a great experience on Saturday at the Strongville gallery. We were greeted but never hounded and once we made our selection Stephanie Coughlin was knowledgable and helpful. It was great to go to a furniture store and not be followed around the store with the associate trying to sell us something we did not want. Stephanie was easy to work with and we hopefully will return to purchase additional items.
