RecommendedHad a great experience on Saturday at the Strongville gallery. We were greeted but never hounded and once we made our selection Stephanie Coughlin was knowledgable and helpful. It was great to go to a furniture store and not be followed around the store with the associate trying to sell us something we did not want. Stephanie was easy to work with and we hopefully will return to purchase additional items.
I took my mom to the Strongsville Ohio store. Our sales person was so helpful! He listened to my mom’s needs and was able to point out sofas that met her requirements. He also helped us maximize our savings by telling us about a promotional discount if we donated toys for the Ronald Macdonald House.
Kevin was very helpful and accommodating when I was making my decision on what to order. The transaction end was fast and went smoothly with no issues. Recommend!
We stopped in Saturday to look around and ended up coming back in a few days later. I was indecisive on which set I liked so Jenny showed me a few that were similar. I went back to my original one and cant wait to get it delivered! She honored our price from a few days ago and gave us a discount on our delivery!! She was super helpful and didnt steer us wrong!! I'd go back in a heart beat and will probably convince myself I need end tables now!!!
We were not rushed into making a decision. Lori was very patient & let me make a mess of the fabric swatches as I picked out so many to try. We ended up with the couch we wanted plus an unexpected table, plus 5% military discount.
Great experience. Lori was our first contact and Jessica came to our home (for free) and uploaded a replica of our family room, right down to Mom's chair and our end tables to make sure the furniture would fit. Amazing experience!
We had a really good experience and our salesperson was great! His personality was a real joy and made it is to deal with him. We have gotten other furniture from this location and have been very satisfied.
Have been dealing with them for years. Lori was especially helpful . Can't wait for my new recliner.
Very smooth and easy transaction, Kevin was willing to spend all the time necessary to answer any questions. We found the recliner we wanted and arranged for delivery, recliner was delivered within 4 days. Delivery guys were polite and quick to setup.
