The sales person’s at the Strongsville store are exceptional. Was a joy working with Lori and Wendy. They went beyond assisting us and making our decision. They had a sit down in front of a TV monitor and showed us what our chairs would look like in different fabrics. Also We enjoyed ourselves as if we were family for a long time.
The young lady took her time showing me chairs that matched my needs. She fitted me like a shoe salesman to a chair that was extremely comfortable. Can not wait to get!
