Just bought a recliner for Christmas! Pete Kennedy took great care of us!!
It's great! I just got a beautiful recliner with power! Lazy Boy is famous for recliners but I fell in love with this aqua fabric beauty at 1st sight & at "1st sit". So comfy & adds so much to the family room.
BIG MISTAKE!! We bought a love seat and a couch with a one yr warranty in 2010. Within that year the couches had to be repaired twice. Since that time we have continued to have problems with both, pillows have to be used to not feel the frame under us and fabric is tearing. The material is micro suede. Very poor craftsmanship and poor service. The whole reason we bought from La Z Boy was we thought they sold high quality product and we were very mistaken. Never again will we make this mistake!!!
I have been trying to deside which is better...."Lazyboy" or "BigLots"? :-)
