I ordered my recliner at the San Mateo store in Albuquerque, NM in December 2021 and was told that my recliner should be delivered to me by April. I stopped by the San Mateo store in April and then again in May and was told that there are delays due to supply chain problems. I was encouraged to purchase a different recliner. Visited several internet sites for living room furniture . Found the best selection with Lazy Boy and decided to go to their gallery. Found what I was looking for with options that weren’t available at other companies. Great sales staff. Looking forward to when my custom order is delivered.
Samuel was delightful to do business with. I have not had a sales person like Samuel that was so kind, polite and very patient. Samuel is very knowledgeable, he went the extra mile!!! I will defiantly refer my family and friends to him. I was very satisfied with the over all experience!!!!!!!!
