I’ve been an owner of a LaVita condo for 14 years. The home owners association and property manager are exceptional. The building is well maintained and all issues are taken care of. Highly recommend this building - amazing location and beautiful.
Review for Apt 1104 - La Vita Apt 300 W Beech Street San Diego I would like to share my experience while staying at La Vita apt from June 2024 to June 2025 in Apt 1104. I had an unprofessional and stressful experience during my stay. The owner and his daughter (Hana Sill Dorf) manage his rental property. However, the process was anything but organized. This place is falling apart. We could only wash clothes on the weekends for 2 months and could only use our guest bathroom after 6 pm. Not to mention there are constant water restrictions. My advice is pay a little more and live in a nicer/newer building .
