I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in with a clear reference for a design, and my nail tech, Mai, initially agreed she could do it. However, partway through the appointment, she told me she wasn’t confident in the design and that I should have booked with someone else after she had already started. The execution was poor: the polka dots were uneven and different sizes, the French tips ended abruptly with no smooth curve, and the overall symmetry of the design was off. Got a gel x nails. too big for my nail plate. they feel heavy and uncomfortable. way more expensive than other places. not happy overall.
I been coming to this nail salon for years now. I found out about this place through a friend. I was amazed with Ni’s art work on Instagram and decided to come here to get my nails done. I decided that this place would be my go to nail spot. I am beyond happy to have found this place because I love when Ni does my nails. She is extremely talented and can do any art design you want.
