THE BEST BED SIDE MANNER…7/21/23 Kaiser Permanente West LA must have caught this mermaid in the sea… excellent patient care… excellent doctor… resulted in a positive outcome.. that was my experience with this MD.
Dr Hines delivered my baby boy via emergency C section on 6/3/23. Herself and the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel safe and provided exceptional care throughout my entire delivery and stay at Kaiser West LA. A huge Thank-you to everyone involved that day you are all incredibly appreciated.
Very cold. Horrible bedside manner. Gaslit me after she found out I had depression. Told me my pain was in my head. I gave up on treatment for awhile because of her. All she did was talk the entire time and didn’t listen to me.
Everyone was professional. Very thorough in explaining what to expect in my procedure. Thank you Dr. Hines and team.
