First time visiting La Strada, but won’t be our last. Sat outside to take in the beautiful views. Ordered an appetizer of calamari. Came out piping hot and cooked perfectly. Served with a side of delicious marinara sauce for dipping. (Only minus was the plastic basket it was served in. The restaurant is too nice for that). Ordered a Sicilian pizza for our meal. service is always good and the food is great.
We sat outside and had the beautiful mountains and Lake Lure as a backdrop. We ordered a garden salad and it was enough for two people!!! Food, service and atmosphere were great!!!
Great customer service from Miss Terry who was our waiter. The food portions were humongous and delicious. I now have breakfast for the next day. The sweet tea hit the mark! I also got to enjoy a Very Berry moonshine margarita which was ever so tasty. I'm a little familiar with how moonshine tastes and I didn't taste it in my first drink so I asked for a shot on the side. when I added it, boy did it take the Very Berry Margarita up to the next notch!
