A very peaceful place surrounded by nature. We came for a romantic getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The room had candles, a small fireplace, and a big window overlooking the trees. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and the staff gave us complete privacy. It felt magical.
If I could give negative stars I would. Paper thin walls can hear everything in adjacent rooms. Terrible customer service. Offered no compensation or option to rectify the issue when brought to the night manager. This place is garbage. Better offer staying at a motel.
SWEETEST FRONT DESK EVER. I was checked in by Scott and he made sure that we were able to be accommodated as necessary. He even offered advice as to where would be best to park if you don’t want to pay the $20 fee to park in the back. The rooms themselves are so cute and just perfect for a hotel stay. Had a comfortable stay at this place. Reception staff is welcoming and co operative. Clean rooms and wash rooms. On one of the days housekeeping was skipped ! Also my international credit cards which are working fine every where else , were declined at this hotel apparently because the card swapping machine is not updated. That is a serious issue. There are no USB charging points in the room. Bottled water is not provided in room. Location is conveniently close to public transportation.
Great location, parking on premises. Safe area. The rooms are beautiful but if you want to sleep be sure the AC unit is not making crazy noises. Kept us up all night with a howling sound and it was too hot to turn it off. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. I had to remove the tank cover to flush it. Not cool for a boutique hotel. I brought it to management and they went in the room to investigate but did nothing to mitigate it. For what they charge for a night there should have been an attempt to make things right.
